Welcome to the games and services published by Still Good Luck. Before you download, install, sign in, or use any of our games, please read these Terms carefully. By using our service you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Services

We publish mobile games through official channels such as the App Store. Base content is free; you may also choose to buy in-app items, season passes, or other premium services.

2. Account and eligibility

You can sign in via Sign in with Apple, Game Center, or email. You must be at least the local minimum age required to enter a binding contract on your own; minors may use our services only with the consent and supervision of their guardian.

3. In-app purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple handles billing and refunds. We will never bypass the official payment channel to charge you directly.

4. User conduct

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

5. Intellectual property

All in-game art, music, code, scripts, and design documents are owned by Still Good Luck or its partners. They may not be copied, adapted, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Service changes

We may adjust content, scope, or operational status of our games. We will give at least 30 days' notice in-game and on the official website before discontinuing any service.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Good Luck is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network instability, device failure, or third-party causes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the registered address of Still Good Luck.
